Importance of Branding
We want to emphasize that branding is an verb. You should be always “branding” your business or company. This is the image of your business that you have to continue to build.
A brand is the umbrella of so many sectors such as your products, services, logo design, website design, prices, location, customer service, etc.
Have you heard about “brand power?” There is a reason why this term exists. When people mention fast food (in the United States, but also depending on the geographic location), people may think of McDonald’s, Burger King, Chick-fil-A, Sonic, Taco Time, Wendy’s, KFC, etc.
When people see a yellow letter “M,” they may correlate it to McDonald’s logo.
Another example of “brand power” is when one is deciding to buy a certain product.
Establishing your brand and continuing it to build it crucial. Your brand is your image. It builds credibility and value, which then starts a cycle of (hopefully) increasing ROI, marketing results, exposure, image, and audience.
